This new page has been created especially on the school website, explaining how we are setting work for parents and children to access work during the period of the school closure. The letter below details our home learning offer to parents.
Weekly learning grids and associated resources will be posted to Seesaw every Friday afternoon. In addition, they will also be emailed to parents who have requested us to do.
Teachers will be available during the working week to authorise and provide appropriate feedback to the children's uploads to Seesaw between 9am and 3.15pm. We are not following our school class feedback policy at this time, however if your child's class teacher suggests a next step, could we ask that you encourage your child to have a go, just as they would in class.
Class teachers will respond to emails sent to the letters account between 9am - 10am and 2pm - 3pm. If you require urgent contact with a member of staff, the Principal retains the overview of the letters account throughout the day and will respond accordingly.
If you require any support in using Seesaw, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Please find below our weekly newsletter which we are sending out every Friday. Our aim is to keep parents up-to-date with relevant information and news at this time, as well as celebrate the achievements during this time of our pupils.
The class teachers of Oare are sending weekly class letters to keep the children up-to-date. This will include details of home learning, class teachers sharing their news and WOWs to celebrate the children's achievements at this time.
